Vivek Merchant (DIN: 06389079) is a part of the group’s leadership team, providing strategic guidance in the organization’s diverse interests across shipbuilding, heavy engineering and textiles. Focused on infrastructure-led nation-building, he aligns business performance and operational excellence with the Swan Corp’s long-term industrial vision. He is the Director at Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited. He has also led the modernization and expansion of the textile division of the group.
